Again

We keep getting the same problems again and again.

Why?

Because we still haven't fixed the dam (dyke), so why should we expect the water to stop flowing out?

As un-responsible dog breeders keep producing 'working' breeds that don't work, we should not be surprised that our country lacks useful working dogs.

If German Shepherd Dog breeders were required to make sure that all breeding dogs, be healthy, X-rayed, and tested to have search, tracking, sniffing, or patrol instincts - BEFORE being bred -then there would be plenty of useful dogs available to the police.

And the public who bought one of those puppies would have bought a true search, tracking, sniffing, or patrol dog puppy - a dog worth training to enter in events.

IMO, puppies from highly trained dogs, are not only better working dogs, but better sports dogs, and better pets than the show varieties.
