Dog breeders.

I'm not sure how much you need to know about genetics, the evolution & development of canines, or the basics of population magement to breed dogs well - but I figure it is more than what most purebred dog breeds have - because we wouldn't be having all these problem in dogs if the breeder knew better, right?
